Catalog Cache Hit rate is going low as 45% in production system

Hi Guru,

I see CAT_CACHE_SUPPLY is 10000 and i see MAX USER =90. I still see alerts that hit rate is going down to 45%.

Memory is good enough and i see occupancy is only 2% which is good.

Please suggest if anyone have any idea which will be helpful.
