Xuser not found!!!!!!

Hi

i am installing Content server 640

I created a xuser with command with user sqdsid.

xuser -d SQ0 -n scserv -U control -u control,<password>

My query is that while i run the scripts for stopdb or startdb with

xuser , it gives me error sayin that xuser not found.

I tried to list the xuser which gives me the below output:

scserv:sq0adm 19> xuser list

Also when x_server is started up ther is a error as mentioned below

Error! XUser not found!
