Missing root pointer in memory mapping when restoring memory map from

Hi ,

I'm facing issue in starting maxdb.i have stopped hanged sap sessions .when i try to start i'm getting below errors.

51> dbmcli -d IAC -u control,control db_online

ERR

-24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error

20090,Check kernel message file! Kernel exited with '1' before reaching ADMIN state

The database is in state "offline", but resources were found: pid file found but no watchdog process

sderums6306:iacadm 51> dbmcli -d IAC -u control,control show state
OK

Please suggest i havent got any solution after browsing many hours .
