Database Studio in LC10 is throwing error

Dear Experts,

                      When I am launching Tools->Database studio in LC10 ,it is throwing following errors.

LCA     Could not find dbstudio.exe on PC

LCA     Error in DBMCLI inst_enum

LCA     Error! Connection failed to node 10.1.160.129 for database (no dbname):

LCA     connection refused: x_server not runnin

LCA     External program terminated with exit code 2

                     I have already installed Database studio in my WTS(Windows Terminal Box) and from there I have

                     successfully added and register the Livecache instance LCA.But the problem is coming when I am

                    launching Database Studio from SAP system in Tcode LC10.

                    Don't know where I am getting wrong.
